Make cake flour
About to make a cake and realised that you have run out of cake flour, try this tip, use plain flour and for every 150 grams of plain flour take out 2 tablespoons of plain flour and add 2 tablespoons of cornflour and sift several times to mix thouroughly. Dont forget the rasing agent if the recipe calls for Self raisin flour
