1/2 teaspoon mustard powder or 1/4 tsp ready made mustard
227 gms milk
Toss Cheese mustard powder and cornflour in a plastic bag until the cheese is well coated.
Put the milk into a pan over a medium heat and add the cheese mix stir well with a whisk until the cheese is dissolved, and the sauce thickens, if using ready made mustard add it whilst heating the milk.
If too thick then add a little more milk, if not thick enough dissolve a little more cornflour in a drop of milk and stir into the sauce bring back to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Use the sauce for all recipes that require this type of sauce.
