Foolproof Yorkshire Puddings
Oil Yorkshire pudding tin/s and place in a hot oven until very hot and the oil is sizzling.
Mix
equal quantities by volume of flour, eggs, and a 50/50 mixture of milk
and water with
a teaspoon of vinegar.
Beat
until well mixed.
Pour
into hot Yorkshire pudding tins and put into a hot oven.
Bake
until golden brown and well risen. The only reasons for failure with this recipeis that the tins and fat/oil are not hot enough.
These can be frozen when cold, then used as required.
