Foolproof Yorkshire Puddings

Oil Yorkshire pudding tin/s and place in a hot oven until very hot and the oil is sizzling.

Mix equal quantities by volume of  flour, eggs, and a 50/50 mixture of milk and water with

a teaspoon of vinegar.

Beat  until well mixed.

Pour into hot  Yorkshire pudding tins and put into a hot oven.

Bake until golden brown and well risen. The only reasons for failure with this recipeis that the tins and fat/oil are not hot enough.

These can be frozen when cold, then used as required.
